Match-On-Card is a technology to perform fingerprint storage and verification within the smart card. With this approach there is no need of centralized storage for the fingerprints.

The smart card contains all the necessary information and protect user’s privacy.

Match-On-Card API is an ActiveX control available on Microsoft Windows to help developers in the fast integration of the Match-On-Card technology in their projects.

Match-On-Card API is a very high level API hiding all the complexity inherent to the technology. It propose simple functions to access the fingerprint reader and to manage the Match-On-Card enabled smart cards.
